APEC's forensic investigations can determine the correct percent of damage caused by wind and water. Both insured and insurers have a vested interest in our findings.

APEC's model has been used to successfully compute the relative percecntages of damages caused by wind and flood. This model, based upon ASCE-7 and FEMA-55, uses the storm's timeline to compute applied loads to a structure. In turn, we are able to supply expert witness testimony for parties involved in disputes regarding causation of damages from an event of destructive force.
